RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are pleased to offer exchanges for artworks purchased at full price that meet the following criteria:

Applicability: Exchanges are only valid for full-priced artworks. Items such as limited - edition artworks, custom - made artworks, pre - ordered artworks, and those purchased on sale are excluded from this exchange policy.

‍Timeframe: Customers must notify us within 10 days of delivery of their intention to return the artwork.

‍Condition: The returned artwork must be in pristine condition, without any damage, marks, or alterations, and should include all original packaging and tags.

‍Unacceptable Returns: Artworks that show any signs of damage, have been altered in any way, or are missing original packaging or tags will not be accepted for exchange and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

‍Exchange Limitation: Once an artwork has been exchanged once, we cannot process any further exchanges for that particular piece.

‍Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

If you wish to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

‍STEP 1: Within 10 days of delivery, email zhangchunxuexue408@gmail.com to inform us of your return request.

‍STEP 2: Our Customer Service Team will provide you with a designated return address in Sydney.

‍STEP 3: Return the artwork using registered post to the designated address.
